comfortable stay with room for improvement
The room exceeded my expectations in size, providing ample space to relax. The bed and pillows offered great comfort for a restful night's sleep.
The hot buffet option was not as satisfying as freshly cooked dishes.

Welcoming, Welcoming, Welcoming
I felt genuinely welcomed from the moment I arrived! The deluxe room was spacious and impeccably clean, making it a true sanctuary. The bar was the perfect cozy spot to unwind after a long day, and trust me, you can't miss the Bavette Steak—it was out of this world!

The room was spotlessly clean and the team helped track down my waistcoat that I accidentally left behind. They sorted out a kettle issue right away. I really enjoyed relaxing by the pool and unwinding in the spa facilities during my stay. My only small hiccup was with breakfast. it got a bit confusing at check-in about what I had booked, but the manager made it right. 😊

Perfect getaway near the studios
Had a fab time here! The room was super spacious and comfy. Loved the nice touch for my bday with the dessert. The restaurant was great too! Only bummer was the noise from students outside, kept me up a bit. great spot for the Harry Potter tour.

The room was super cozy with a neat coffee machine, and the dinner was just lovely! They have a relaxing pool area and a nice terrace for unwinding too. Just a heads up, there was only one teabag in the room, so you might want to bring your own. 😊

Cozy stay with comfy beds
Had a one-night stay with friends and loved the spacious room with a comfy, wide bed. The dinner was really nice, but breakfast felt kinda basic. Oh, and the new block seemed a bit off – dirty carpets and a funky smell in the halls. Still, the staff were chill and helpful!

Spacious room with excellent amenities
I enjoyed my stay in a Deluxe Room, which was spacious and clean, with an extremely comfortable bed that made for a restful night. The large rainforest-style shower was a refreshing experience, and I appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee facilities in the room. Breakfast options were plentiful and of high quality, adding to an overall delightful experience. I wish the TV had been more modern and better in terms of signal quality.

Comfortable stay with room for improvement
The deluxe room offered us a cozy feel with a modern design. Enjoyed a pleasant evening stroll around the grounds. breakfast left us disappointed due to the lack of warmth in the food. If you're in need of a hot meal, consider dining out.

The Comet London Hatfield offers a convenient location close to the university, clean rooms that are generously sized, and a commendable standard of decor. I appreciated the effective air conditioning and the thoughtful night light setting in the bathroom, which made for a pleasant stay. The staff were helpful upon check-in and check-out, which added to my overall positive experience.
The dining experience was below expectations, with issues such as cold food and unremarkable service.
